Applying some pressure to the reflex points stimulates the energy running through the pathways corresponding to the different body parts. This in turn helps to release (energy) blockages. The first step is to discuss your concerns, lifestyle and general health. Next I’ll gently stimulate the reflex points to determine areas that are tense or tender.
